Mrs. Shirley Ann Watson, 81, of Sylvester, passed away early Monday morning, August 29, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Albany Baptist Church. Pastor Eron White will officiate with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
Born May 23, 1935 in Sarasota, FL, Mrs. Watson was the daughter of the late Forrest Cecil Williams and Robbie Carroll Mock. She worked for over 26 years with H & R Block providing tax service to many through the years. She enjoyed cooking, crafting, latch hooking, embroidering and was a talented cake decorator. Mrs. Watson was a faithful member of Albany Baptist Church and was a loving Christian lady.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Watson was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leroy Watson; son, Andrew Roy Watson and two brothers, Forrest Cecil Williams, Jr. and Jack Edward Easters.
Survivors include her daughters, Violet and Richard McKibben of Sylvester and Carol and Mike Wolfe of Albany; grandson, Josh McKibben and 2 great-granddaughters, Madelyn Ruth McKibben and Fallen Phelps.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, Carol and Mike Wolfe at 3701 Gravel Hill Rd. Albany, GA. 31705.
