The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lawrence Phillips can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I want to offer my condolences to the Phillips family and friends. It is a painful thing to lose a love one in death. Even Jesus wept when Lazarus died (John 11:35) and it pains our creator, too. He has promise to bring our love one back to life. Jesus stated at John 5:28, 29 that "all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out" and he proved that it will happen by resurrecting Lazarus. Our creator promises to “swallow up death forever"(Isaiah 25:8) I hope these words from our Creator give all of you comfort.
