The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Tharpe can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Billy has left our family with lots of fond memories. He will never be forgotten. Our condolences to Beth, Becky, Billy's children and any other loved ones. I'll share one crazy memory: It was a thing back in the day to ride by our parents house and yell. At his house it was of course " "TTtthhhhheeeelllmmmaaaaa""!! And at my mothers house it was " Bbbbbeeeettttyyy". That's Thelma and Betty. RIP Billy!! ❤️
